It's been a joyful season of love and new life for our Old Andrean community, with plenty of Hatches and Matches to celebrate!

Hatches

James Kirkness (OA2011) and his partner Belinda welcomed baby Alexander Kirkness on 17th November—a wonderful addition to their family.

Matthew Hughes (OA2011) and his wife Heather Somerville celebrated the arrival of their second daughter, Poppy, on 2nd November. Big sister Daisy is thrilled to take on her new role. 

Mary Fairburn (OA2012) and her wife Bridget, whose wedding we celebrated in this newsletter earlier this year, became proud parents to Santiago Leo Fairburn on 23rd October.

Matches

Chelsey Courtney (OA2012) married Wayde Dillon in a beautiful ceremony on the Gold Coast on 2nd November.

Chris Stratton (OA2005) and Lauren Shield tied the knot on the same day, marking the beginning of their new chapter together.

Ella Shtein (OA2012) married Ryan Murphy in a stunning celebration at Palm Beach on 21st September.

Finally, Zac Bailey (OA2018) and Irene Burnie, who met while working at SACS, exchanged vows on 23rd November—a heartwarming union of shared history and love. Plenty of Old Andreans were present on the day, with Keziah Bailey (OA2020) as a bridesmaid.
