It's time to nominate an Old Andrean for inclusion in the SACS Hall of Honour for 2024. Each year, during our Evening of Celebration and Prizegiving, a successful nominee – either a current student or Old Andrean – is inducted into the Hall of Honour. This recognition is reserved for those whose achievements have been exceptional at a national level. 

To qualify for consideration, an Old Andrean must: 

• Exemplify the ethos of the School in their interactions with both the School and the wider community 

• Achieve national recognition based on merit. This could involve receiving a national award in fields such as the arts, public service, or academia, or being selected as part of a national team (or equivalent) in the arts or sport. 

Examples of potential Hall of Honour nominees include: 

• Representing Australia (or another country) in a national team or competing in an international tournament in a recognised sport 

• Winning a national writing or public speaking award, or representing Australia at an international forum 

• Receiving an Order of Australia award. 

To nominate someone, please email alumni@sacs.nsw.edu.au with an outline of the candidate's achievements and why you believe they qualify for this honour. Nominations must be received by Monday, 30th September.
