As part of our 140th anniversary celebrations, we are excited to once again present Celebrating Our Heritage — a special pop-up museum showcasing the rich and diverse history of our School community. Following its successful debut in 2022, the exhibition returns this year and will run alongside Fair in the Square, bringing together students, families, Old Andreans, and friends of the School for a celebration of SACS past and present. Held in the Heath Centre, the museum will feature a curated collection of photographs, artefacts, and memorabilia from the School Archives — offering a fascinating window into life at SACS across generations. The exhibition will be open to the public during the Fair on Friday 19th September and again on Saturday, 20 September, with a special invitation extended to Old Andreans and Hessians who would like to drop in and revisit the School's story. Have something to share? We are always on the lookout for more items that help tell the story of SACS. If you have photographs, uniforms, programs, badges, or other memorabilia from your time at the School, we would love to hear from you. If you have a story or fond memory to share, we would be very keen to hear about it. To donate items for display, or share stories, please contact Mr Richard Hansen (OA2003), Alumni and Development Manager, at alumni@sacs.nsw.edu.au or call 02 9286 9661. Let's continue to preserve and celebrate the memories that make our community unique. |
